In the event one of our instructors falls ill or is injured and can no longer teach their workshop, a substitute teacher will be available. If a substitute teacher is not available, a refund or exchange to another workshop will be granted.
Open Stage performances are reserved for participants enrolled in one of our workshop packages.
If you miss your selected workshop time, a recording will be made available for two weeks from March 15th. It is your responsibility to watch these recordings in the allocated timeframe. Recordings expiry date is March 30th, 11:59pmCET.
All purchases for online workshops/lectures are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets cannot be extended and cannot be shared.
You must register for FREE events as a Zoom link will be sent out to you.
Each festival event will be recorded. If you are experiencing bad internet connection during the live event, you can watch it at your own time.
No, recording of our entire sessions is not permitted. You may of course take a selfie or a short 10-15second clip to share on your social media. Do make sure you tag us @KanZamanFestival

It is preferable you book with plenty of time in case you need to prepare or “bring” anything to your workshop.
Yes, be sure to MUTE your microphone during your participation unless instructed by your workshop teacher.
It is preferred you have your video camera on during workshops if your bandwidth allows.
